Mandatory Automotive Safety Notice: Servicing, maintaining, and repairing motor vehicles involves significant inherent hazards including high electrical voltages, flammable liquids, pressurized systems, and heavy mechanical components. You are solely responsible for your personal safety, proper equipment selection, and the physical execution of your repairs.

1. Scope of the Application

AI Can't Fix My Car (the "App") is an offline-capable reference documentation and diagnostic aid. All specifications, fastener tightening sequences, fluid viscosities, and multimeter circuit testing procedures are compiled from official manufacturer workshop manuals and public engineering documentation.

The App does not replace certified professional mechanical diagnosis, state safety inspections, or manufacturer recall rectifications. Before tightening critical chassis, steering, or braking fasteners, verify the stated specification against the physical vehicle placard or authorized manufacturer technical bulletins.

2. Pricing, 30-Day Free Trial & Buyout

30-Day Free Trial: All application features, vehicle packs, multimeter circuit test trees, and DTC lookups are fully functional and unlocked for 30 consecutive calendar days from initial installation.
One-Time Lifetime Buyout: Following the 30-day trial period, users may unlock permanent lifetime access for a single payment of $9.99 USD (plus local sales taxes). There are no recurring subscriptions, hidden service tiers, or periodic usage quotas.
Family Sharing: Lifetime unlock entitlements are bound to your Apple ID and support Apple Family Sharing across compatible iOS devices.
Billing & Refunds: All payments, billing disputes, and refund requests are administered exclusively by Apple according to Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. High-Voltage & Pyrotechnic Systems

Never attempt maintenance, multimeter probing, or harness disconnection on high-voltage hybrid or electric vehicle (EV) traction drive systems (orange cabling), supplemental restraint airbag modules (SRS / yellow cabling), or high-pressure common rail fuel delivery systems without specialized safety gear and manufacturer certification.

4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App and all accompanying specifications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither the developer nor distributors shall be held liable for any personal injury, vehicle mechanical damage, structural component failure, or consequential damages resulting from any repair, diagnosis, or maintenance action.
